How long it takes, who pays, where we ship.
Company details (legal name, address, tax number) have not been entered yet. They will be added from the admin panel — nothing was invented here.
Shipping cost: FREE
Delivery is on us, anywhere in the world. Nothing is added at checkout.
Preparation time: 25–30 days
Nothing is shipped from a shelf. After your order arrives we cut, sew and hand-embroider the set for that baby. That is why it takes time.
When it ships
We email the tracking number. You can also follow your parcel any time from the Track order page.
Where we ship
Türkiye · USA · Canada · United Kingdom · Europe · the Gulf and Arab countries. If your country is not listed, write to us and we will look into it.
Customs and duties
For destinations outside Türkiye, the arrival country may charge customs duty or import tax. This is not included in shipping and is payable by the recipient; the amount is set by your country's customs rules.
On delivery
Check the parcel while the courier is still there. If there is visible crushing or tearing, have it recorded and send us a photo — we replace damaged items free of charge.
