Terms of Sale
The terms that apply when you place an order.
Company details (legal name, address, tax number) have not been entered yet. They will be added from the admin panel — nothing was invented here.
1. Parties
Seller: —
Buyer: the person entering their details on the order form.
2. Subject
The sale and delivery of the products ordered electronically through this site, whose specification and price are stated at checkout.
3. Products and price
Type, quantity and price appear in the order summary and in the confirmation email. All prices include VAT where applicable. No shipping fee is charged — delivery is free worldwide.
4. Payment
By bank transfer or a secure card payment link. Production does not begin until payment is confirmed.
5. Delivery time
Items are cut, sewn and hand-embroidered after your order; preparation takes 25–30 days. A tracking number is emailed when the parcel ships. In cases of force majeure the period may extend; you will be informed.
6. Right of withdrawal and its exception
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the conclusion of the contract.
⚠️ EXCEPTION: goods made to the consumer's own specification or clearly personalized are excluded from the right of withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights Directive Art. 16(c); Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation Art. 15/1-b). Name-embroidered items fall under this exception. Non-personalized, ready-made items remain withdrawable.
7. Faulty goods
In case of a production fault or shipping damage, the item is replaced free of charge or refunded. Send us a photo taken while opening the parcel.
8. Disputes
Complaints may be raised with the competent consumer arbitration committee or consumer court.
9. Effect
By confirming the order the buyer accepts these terms.
