What we collect

• For orders: name, email, phone, delivery address, order contents and personalization notes (baby's name, thread color).
• From the contact form: name, email, phone (if given) and your message.
• From the chat assistant: the messages you write and your chosen language/country.
• Automatically: your language and country preference (in a cookie) and your basket (in a signed cookie).

Why we collect it

To make your order, ship it, keep you informed and answer your questions. Nothing else.

Who we share it with

We never sell, rent or transfer your data to anyone else. We do not feed advertising networks.

• The courier — only the name, address and phone needed for delivery.
• Our email provider — so we can send you notifications.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for the legally required period (10 years for commercial records under Turkish law). Contact messages and chat logs are kept for at most 2 years.

Cookies

There are no advertising or tracking cookies on this site. Only three necessary cookies: your language/country preference, your basket and (if you log in) the admin session. The site cannot work without them.

Your rights (GDPR / KVKK Art. 11)

You have the right to access, correct, delete, object to processing of, and port your data. Send your request via the contact page; we answer within 30 days at the latest.
