Where can I see the prices?
Every product shows its price openly on the card and on the product page. You never need to message us to ask. Choose your country and prices appear in your own currency.
How long does an order take?
Because each set is sewn and embroidered after you order, preparation takes 25–30 days. We email your tracking number as soon as it ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to Türkiye, the USA, Canada, Europe, the UK and Arab countries, and shipping is FREE worldwide — nothing is added at checkout.
Is name embroidery an extra cost?
No. The baby’s name, the motif and the thread color are free. Just fill in the fields when you order.
Which fabrics do you use?
4-layer muslin (100% cotton), combed cotton interlock, cotton sateen, cotton poplin, and plush fleece for winter pieces. All chosen to sit gently on a newborn’s skin.
What are the dimensions?
Every product page lists each piece in both centimetres and inches. Common ones: blanket 90×90 cm (35.4×35.4 in), pillow 28×38 cm (11×15 in), play mat 110×110 cm (43.3×43.3 in).
What age do they fit?
Coming-home sets are for newborns (0–3 months). Bathrobe and towel sets work up to 3 years. If you need another size, write it in the order note.
How do I wash it?
Gentle cycle at 30°C, no bleach, iron on low heat and press the embroidery from the reverse. Muslin shrinks slightly on the first wash and softens with every wash after.
Can I return or exchange?
Personalized embroidered items are made for you, so they cannot be returned. If there is a production fault or shipping damage we replace the item free of charge — send us a photo taken while opening the parcel.
How do I pay?
After you place the order we email the payment details: bank transfer, or a secure card payment link. Preparation starts once payment is confirmed.
