Where we ship
Shipping is free worldwide — nothing is added at checkout. Every piece is cut, sewn and hand-embroidered with your baby’s name in our Istanbul atelier, then sent to your country.
What happens after you order
We receive your order and the name to embroider, and confirm the spelling by email.
Your piece is made by hand. Preparation takes 25–30 days — it is sewn to order, not picked off a shelf.
We hand it to the carrier and email you a tracking number. Time in transit is shown by the carrier.

Customs and import duty
Shipments outside Türkiye may be charged customs or import duty on arrival. This is not included in the shipping price and is payable by the recipient; the amount is set by your own country’s customs rules, not by us. We cannot tell you in advance what it will be — we would rather say so than invent a number.
How you pay
There is no card payment on this site. You pay by bank transfer or Wise; we show you the account that matches your currency at the end of checkout. As soon as your payment reaches us we mark the order and let you know.
Measurements and sizing
Every product lists its measurements in both centimetres and inches. Baby sizing differs from country to country, so go by the actual measurement rather than the size name.
Your country is not on the list?
That is fine — we ship everywhere. The list shows where we receive orders most often. From a country that is not listed you will see prices in English and US dollars, and shipping is still free. If anything is unclear, write to us; we reply the same day.
